RECOVERY COMPASS APPLICATION DATA

The Recovery Compass application collects additional information to support your recovery journey and enable peer coaching services. This includes:

Check-In Data: Daily and evening check-in responses including mood ratings, craving levels, sleep quality, anxiety levels, energy levels, and overall day ratings. This data helps track your progress and enables your coach to provide personalized support.

Goals and Progress: Recovery goals you set, milestones achieved, habit tracking data, streak information, and progress toward personal objectives.

Reflections and Journals: Evening reflections, gratitude entries, journal notes, breakthrough moments, challenges faced, and personal insights you choose to record.

Messaging: Content of messages exchanged with your assigned recovery coach through the secure in-app messaging system.

Community Participation: If you participate in community features, we collect posts, comments, and interactions within peer support spaces.

Meeting and Activity Data: Information about recovery meetings you attend or save, including meeting preferences, attendance logs, and meeting goals.

Financial Tracking: If you use savings and financial goal features, we collect information about savings goals, deposits, and financial milestones related to your recovery journey.

AI Insights Data: To provide personalized insights and recommendations, our AI-powered features analyze your check-in patterns, mood trends, and recovery progress. This analysis is used solely to support your recovery and improve your experience.

ADMINISTRATIVE PORTAL DATA

Our administrative portal (Coach Portal and Admin Portal) is used by recovery coaches, administrators, and authorized staff to provide and manage peer support services. Through these portals, authorized personnel may access:

Client Information: Contact details, recovery information, and service history necessary to provide peer support services.

Check-In and Progress Data: Access to client check-ins, goals, and progress to enable effective coaching and support.

Communication Records: Messages exchanged between coaches and clients, session notes, and service documentation.

Administrative Data: Scheduling information, assignment tracking, and service delivery records.

Coach and Staff Information: For coaches and administrators, we collect professional contact information, role assignments, and system access logs.

Administrative purposes include managing billing, scheduling, and administrative functions, fulfilling legal obligations and responding to lawful requests, and developing new service packages and improving existing offerings.

AI-generated insights are supplemental guidance only and do not constitute clinical advice or treatment recommendations. You may opt out of AI-powered personalization features by contacting us, though this may limit certain application functionality.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website and applications may contain links to third-party websites, including resource directories and recovery organizations, educational materials and support tools, professional organizations and certification bodies, recovery meeting finders and databases, and payment processing and scheduling platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. For virtual peer support services, we may use third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We select vendors that maintain appropriate privacy and security standards consistent with this Privacy Policy.
